1. Participant Responsibility:
Participants must follow all instructions given by the pilot and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If the participant cancels their booking 12 hours prior to the flying time, participants will get a refund.
Payments are 100% refundable in case the activity is cancelled by the operator due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Safety Precautions:
Participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities.
Participants must not consume alcohol or any intoxicating substances before or during the activity.
4. Weather Conditions:
Tandem paragliding is weather-dependent. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, weak winds, cross winds, rain, or poor visibility. Location may also get changed at the last minute.
The decision to proceed with the tandem paragliding experience lies solely with the pilot, who will assess the weather conditions for safety.
In the event that weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for tandem paragliding based on the participant's body weight, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity on the spot.
On-spot cancellations due to unsuitable weather conditions for the participant's body weight will not incur any cancellation fees, and efforts will be made to reschedule the activity for a later date, subject to availability.
5. Liability Waiver:
Participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before undertaking the tandem paragliding experience, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with the activity.
The operator shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings during the event.
